DELIVERY TERMS AND FEE
1. All orders over EUR 30.00 from the BRAVEDOG online store are delivered free of charge throughout the territory of Latvia.
2. A delivery fee is applied to orders under EUR 30.00. You have the opportunity to choose the most suitable delivery method for you on the BRAVEDOG website or pick up the purchase yourself without additional payment.
3. Delivery terms are indicated for each type of delivery service provider on our website.
4. All BRAVEDOG products are insured, and you don't have to worry about delivery safety or other risks.
ORDER OF DELIVERY
1. The order is accepted for processing only after full payment of the order and delivery, which the customer makes using one of the payment and delivery methods available on the website.
2. Please specify the delivery address as accurately as possible in the fields provided for this purpose. Please do not forget to provide the courier with essential information (door code, office no., recipient's name if the recipient is not you, etc.). Due to an incorrect address, the delivery time may be extended.
3. When filling in the delivery address, it is necessary to indicate a telephone number so that the courier can contact the recipient of the parcel. Also, an inaccurate phone number can be a reason for extending the delivery period.
4. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for an identity document (passport or identity card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. When concluding a distance contract, ie making a purchase on the website, you as a consumer have the opportunity to use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
2. The term of the right of refusal is calculated as follows: if the product is ordered - from the day when the product was delivered to the consumer; if several items are ordered in one order, which are delivered separately, - from the day when the last ordered item was delivered to the consumer; if a product consisting of several batches or parts is delivered, - from the day when the last batch or part of the ordered product was delivered to the consumer.
3. If the product was purchased as part of a special promotion (example: buy 1 product, the second one is free; buy 2 products, the second one with a discount), the buyer is obliged to return the purchase in the same amount (completion) in which it was purchased. If several goods were purchased during the promotion, then the buyer is obliged to return all the goods purchased in this purchase.
4. It is possible to return the product within 14 days by sending the product by courier or another available method to the address SIA BRAVEDOG, Upeskrasti 2, Silabrieži, Salaspils nov., LV-2119, Latvia together with the purchase documents and packaging received at the time of delivery. BRAVEDOG does not cover the postage costs of sending the product.
5. When we receive your returned order, an SMS with return confirmation will be sent to the phone specified in the order.
6. By using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product within the period of use of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product.
7. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, BRAVEDOG is obliged as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day when we have received the returned product and verified its quality compliance, to refund the paid purchase amount and the delivery fee to the same bank account from which it was paid for the item in question.
